As the world mourns the lack of music icon Tina Turner, considered one of “The Best” singer’s most well-known associates, Oprah Winfrey, shared a shifting tribute on her web site and social media.
Winfrey, who devoted parts of her landmark daytime discuss present to Turner within the late 90s and the aughts, stated in a press release posted to her Instagram on Wednesday that the influential popular culture determine “was a role model not only for me but for the world.”

“She was like a hurricane, like a tornado, like a dynamo,” Shaffer stated of Turner’s stage presence. “No one had ever seen anything like it.”
