Two arrested for murder of 11-year-old Brexialee Torres-Ortiz, 16-year-old also suspect

Two men have been arrested in connection with the murder of 11-year-old Brexialee Torres-Ortiz, who was found dead in a wooded area in the city of San Bernardino, California. The two suspects, identified as 22-year-old Joseph Martinez and 21-year-old Diego Martinez, were taken into custody on Thursday, November 12th.

Police believe that the two men are responsible for the murder of Brexialee, who had been reported missing on October 29th. Her body was found on November 4th in a wooded area near the intersection of Baseline Street and Waterman Avenue.

The San Bernardino Police Department has also identified a 16-year-old as a suspect in the case. The teen has not been named, and his role in the crime is still unclear.

Brexialee was a student at the San Bernardino City Unified School District and was described by her family as a “bright and bubbly” young girl with a bright future ahead of her.

The San Bernardino Police Department is asking anyone with information about the case to come forward. They are also asking anyone who may have seen the two suspects in the area of Baseline Street and Waterman Avenue to contact them.

The two men arrested in connection with the murder are being held without bail, and the 16-year-old suspect is still at large.
